Go to the log in page .

Click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link (under the ‘Connect’ button) and enter the email address you used to sign up. You will receive instructions on how to reset your password. If you do not receive the email immediately, please check your junk mail folder or wait a few moments for the email to come through.

Click the ‘Home’ tab (your name), then the ‘Profile’ link.

In the 'My Account' box on the left, click the 'Email and Password' link.

Add another email address and confirm by clicking on the link in the activation email we send to the new email address. If you don't receive the email, you can click on the link 'Send the confirmation email again'.

Then click 'Set as primary address', which will appear next to the address.

You can choose to keep or delete your previous e-mail address. Keeping it will allow you to log in with either address.

You will only receive Viadeo e-mails to your primary e-mail account.

Click on the 'Premium Member' link on the top left of the screen (when you are logged into Viadeo).

Click on 'Order History' to view your previous invoices.

Click on the 'Preferences' link on the top right of the page when you are fully logged in.

Click on the 'My Details' link

Click on the link 'Delete my account' at the bottom left of the page.

Click on the 'Premium Member' link on the top left of the screen (when you are logged into Viadeo).

Click on the link 'your membership status' which will appear like this: 'Your Membership Status | Order History | Extend/Renew your Premium Membership'

Click 'Cancel' at the bottom of the page and follow the procedure.
